- Facial Data: Facial features captured through the device camera for face recognition-based attendance purposes. This data is used solely for verifying employee identity during attendance submission.
- Location Data: Precise and approximate location data to verify attendance location and for location-based features within the App.
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and network state for diagnostic and compatibility purposes.
- Attendance Records: Clock-in/clock-out times and related attendance data.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Register and manage employee profiles.
- Verify employee identity through facial recognition for attendance tracking.
- Record and manage attendance data.
- Verify the location of attendance submissions.
- Send push notifications related to attendance and workplace updates.
- Support NFC-based attendance features where available.
- Improve app performance and user experience.
3. Camera and Photo Access
The App uses the device camera and photo library to:
- Capture and upload employee profile pictures.
- Capture facial images for face registration and attendance verification.
Images are compressed before upload and transmitted securely to our servers. Camera access is only used when explicitly initiated by the user.
4. Location Data
Location data is collected only when necessary for attendance verification. We collect precise location (GPS) and approximate location (network-based) to ensure attendance is submitted from authorized locations.
5. Push Notifications
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send push notifications. You can disable notifications through your device settings at any time.
6. Data Storage and Security
- Your data is transmitted over the internet and stored on our secure servers.
- Profile pictures and facial data are stored securely and used only for the purposes described above.
- We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except:
- When required by law or legal process.
- With your employer/organization administrator who manages the App.
- With service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, Firebase) who assist in operating the App, bound by confidentiality obligations.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your employee account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed from our servers within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Your Rights

- Withdraw consent for data collection at any time by discontinuing use of the App.
